2008 Chrysler Town & Country Heater Warm on Low, Cool on High Fan Speed

I have a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country. The heat is warm on low fan speed, but it turns cool when I increase the blower speed. I replaced the thermostat and the climate control. AC works and blows very cold, and switching between heat and AC works. The heater core has been checked.

  5. Bleed the cooling system. If you suspect air, use the bleeder screw (if equipped) or raise the front end and run with the cap off until all bubbles are gone.
